Nicolas Padamsee is the author of England is Mine and the editor of Arts Against Extremism. He is one of the Observer’s best new novelists for 2024.

He grew up in Essex. He holds a Creative Writing MA and a Creative & Critical Writing PhD from the University of East Anglia. He splits his time between Norwich and Upton Park, London.
